In April 2014, according to decision No.15 1520/QĐ-UB on 9th April 2014 was signed by The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. The Ky Hoa Tourism and Trading Company was officially renamed to Ky Hoa Private One Member Tourism and Trading Company Limited. During in period, Company continued to build and develop the Ky Hoa 1 Park area and Ky Hoa Hotel: Building and coming into operation of the Dong Ho 2-3 restaurants, Cao Thang Dong Ho, and the badminton court, tennis court, Garden Cafe "Rose", Improving and expansion the Hoa Hong Restaurant and Ho Chi Minh's Ky Hoa Hotel.
