This guide shows how to complete an accommodation booking from the website https://kyhoatourist.com.vn/ home page. If you need help completing a booking, please contact us anytime.
Step 1: Select hotel and check room availability
1. Select a hotel and check room availability at tab “Online Booking” of home page
2. Select a hotel at tab ”Hotel & Resort” then click “Book now"
Step 2: Make Reservation
1. Select dates: Check –in, Check – out / Next Step
2. Select rooms & extra items out / Next Step
· If you want to book more rooms click “Yes” and keep select ones.
3. Confirm reservation
· Enter your Guest name, Email address, Nationality, Telephone number, Address. If you"re booking more than one room, you"ll need to enter a separate guest name for each room.
· Enter any comments or requests for your stay and select your estimated time of arrival
· Choose your Payment option by either entering your credit card details.
· Select “I have read and understood the above cancellation policy, booking policy and amendment policy”.
· Please read carefully “Reservation Summary” and “Policy” before you process your payment.
Note: Booking will be accepted when you completed exactly your information.
A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm the details of your booking:
- If the details are not correct, click “OK” to return to the booking form.
- If the details are correct, click “Next step” to process payment for your booking.
Step 3 : Payment
1. You have just maked payment 5% in advance for the booking, 95% remaining balance will be paid at the hotel when you check –in.
2. After click "complete reservation" You will be redirected to Paypal Payment Gateway to make deposit online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This deposit will be refunded when the reservation is cancelled through website and based on Booking Cancellation Policy.
3. All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. The amount will appear on your credit card statement under the name of our reservation system provider
Step 4: Check “Booking Confirmation”
1. The Booking Confirmation page will appear with the details of your confirmed booking
2. We will send an email to the address you entered confirming the booking details. You must present a copy of this email or the Booking Confirmation page to reception when you check in
