Check in time: from 2:00PM
Check out time: until 12:00PM

Room releasing hour:
Late check -out until 4:00PM as counted as rate of 50% room price charge.
Late check-out after 6:00PM as counted as rate of 100% room price charge
Early check-in before 12:00PM, guest if desires to release his/her room exceed to an allowed hour, please contact reception court.

Payment:
Pay in cash or transfer before checking in.
Total amount to be in VND
Children under 12 following the adult (no further beds ordered) will not required to pay arisen room rent amount (01 child as maximum for each room)
Any change of price, special-offer or preferentiality may not notify before

To ensure security as well as strictly performing as per requirements, compliances or regulations set by authority therefore we propose that during the time of your accommodation at our hotel, such following regulations are needed to fulfill:
1. Show identity document or other relevant certified documents at Reception Counter
2. For foreigner visitors/guests: Valid passport and visa to be shown
3. For Vietnamese visitors/guests: Identity card or other relevant certified documents may be accepted.
4. Visitor/guest identity documents will be maintained and kept during a period of touring by the hotel. Guest or visitor in case of withdrawal or taking out of his/her identity document but still desire to accommodate, he or she will be charged at arisen serviced fees up to date.
5. It is prohibited that weapon, risk poison or any unauthorized drugs, explosive, or any hazard factors brought into the hotel.
6. It is prohibited that gambling, heroin, cocaine, narcotics brought into the hotel under prevailing law set by the Government of Vietnam, guests to assume their responsibilities or any perjury to be punishable under law.
7. It is prohibited that guests unauthorized to cook or iron clothes and wearing in the room.
8. It is prohibited that smoking in bed.
9. It is ordered that all entrance or exit door, balcony entrance door to be entirely locked, getting out of electricity when leaving or getting into the hotel. It is ordered to notify the protocol or reception officer in case of key loss, escaped or stolen.
10. Please keep all valuable objects in safe-box or handing-over the reception for temporary keeping. Your loss or damages due to wrong direction to the above regulations are out of our responsibilities.
11. Please do not receive guests/ visitors over 10:00PM in the room.
12. Please comply with user guide of service and electronic devices according to indicator board.
13. It is prohibited that bringing pets into hotel.
14. Save electric and water resource. Please remember to get rid of lights, fans, and other devices.
15. Keep common hygiene; do not discard waste products, unbleached paper, hygiene waste or any rubbish into drainage.
16. Please do not open radio channel, cable television, TVs channel noisily to neighbor.
17. It is not willingly to move or give away any asset to the room in hotel if without such any consent from the room manager of hotel. If any loss, damage of asset occurred, a penalty or compensation to be given at 100% of current value of the damaged.
